At Beauty and Wellness Spa at INNOVATIONS,

we understand the importance of supporting causes that make a positive impact in our community. We welcome donation requests from individuals and organizations striving to make a difference.

Donation Certificates

In support of your cause, we offer donation certificates accompanied by a donation letter containing your cause tax ID. These certificates are valid for one month from the date of the event and hold no cash value. They may only be redeemed by the same individual once per year and may not be duplicated for repeated use.

To request a donation certificate, please follow these steps:

1. Send us a donation request letter, including your organization's tax ID, and date of the event to beautypro3627@yahoo.com.

2. Once we receive your request, we will review it promptly.

3. If your request is approved, we will issue a donation certificate and notify you accordingly.
