Hair Products may be returned for a product credit within 14 days of purchase. Any hair product more than ΒΌ used within 14 days may not receive credit. Defective products may be exchanged for the same product within 14 days of purchase.
Skin Care, body products, make up, tanning, nail products and wigs are strictly non-refundable. For these products all sales are final.
Special orders require a 50% deposit and are strictly non-returnable. |
